There is no way I would ever spend that kind of money on an operating system, and especially on a Beta version of an operating system, which is what Vista currently is, having had its release date specified in advance regardless of whether or not is was actually going to be ready for retail release by that date!

... and so the new date for it to come to market is sometime in April 08 .. the usual 6 month delay exploit while SP1 for Vista is still in beta. There is a set of very logical "maximize-impact, maximize-profit" reasons why the US release date for Crysis is Nov 16, nothing to do with completion of the game.

Windows Vista is still at BETA 1, so its too early to even come up with a final release date since its up in the air and always subject to change.
